Cancellations

A Cancellation / Administration fee is payable on all cancellations:

• Free cancellation for cancellation made more than 7 days before check-in date
• In the event of a cancellation received 48 hours to 7 days before the booking date, an administration fee of  30% is payable.
• Should a cancellation be received less than 48 hours of the booking date, a 50% fee will be payable.
• Should a cancellation be received less than 24 hours of the booking date, 100% of the room rate is payable. Meals costs will be refunded.
• In the event of a no-show, the full amount will be charged, as costs and losses have been incurred.
