Checking In & Out:

Your room will be available after 02:00 pm on the day of arrival. Please advise us if you will be arriving late.

Rooms are to be vacated by 10:00 am on the morning of departure.

We will gladly store your luggage if you plan on leaving late.

Breakfast: @ R75.00

Full English Breakfast is available from 7:30 am to 11:00 am daily.

Lunch and Dinner:

An ala carte menu with a wide variety of dishes is offered daily in the restaurant.

Parking:

On-site, safe parking is available for Guests. Please park in the designated areas.

Guest registration:

We are required to keep a record of our Guests. On arrival, please complete the form.

Television:

Your room has DSTV with a selection of channels: M-net, Movie magic 1,2,3,4,5, Kyknet, all sports Channels, SABC channels BBC News and History Channel.

Internet:

All the rooms have free Wi-Fi and our Wireless Hotspot is called B’Guest House.

Please inquire at reception for the password.

Payment:

Payment in full is due on arrival. All extras are to be paid on departure.

Safe:

There is a small safe in your room. Our staff is entirely trustworthy, but in their interest as well as yours, please keep valuables locked away – the key is on the ring with your room key.

Security:

The premises is covered by CCTV cameras, to monitor the access to and from the Guesthouse and rooms. For your own security, we do recommend that you take normal precautions, such as keeping your room locked and making sure when entering the premises at the gate, that no one follows you inside. Also, take care not to leave items of value visible in your vehicle.

Smoking:

Please do not smoke inside the rooms, lounge, or dining room areas. In terms of Government regulations, the stoep/porch and outside area are our designated smoking areas.

5.  Please check out by 10h00 am except by prior arrangement.

6. To confirm your reservation a 50% deposit of the full value is required seven days prior to arrival.
